Lean Business Plan

The lean business plan consists of a combined maximum of 20 pages of narrative and financial worksheets. The value of creating a business plan lies in the process of researching and thinking about your business in a systematic way. Planning, study, research and critical thinking about your business idea may initially be time-consuming but in the longer-term avoids costly, perhaps disastrous, mistakes later.
